Story Unlikely’s annual short story contest is underway, and I wanted to sneak in a second submission before the window closes on Jan 31, 2024.

The Ferryman is a Magical Realism story set in the 1960’s. Reginald P. Blenkinsopp is a licensed agent of a UK bureau. His job is important, but technology threatens to take it away.

I wrote The Ferryman this year and hope to find a place for it in someone’s anthology. Won’t someone give good ol’ Mr. Blenkinsopp a home? We have nothing but high hopes for Mr. Blenkinsopp. I’ll let you know!
